This stylish duo come from Languedoc-Roussillon, the largest single wine producing region in the world and also home to a huge variety, both in terms of style and quality. Increasingly though, after many years of inaction, the myriad of vignerons there are waking up to the potential that the natural resources that this region offers - the soils and weather to name but two.
